Simple Simon's Pizza

food was cold cheese wasn’t even melted… but that’s not why my rating is so low i never give under 5.5 but after today i have to. i went to the counter to ask for my pizza to be cooked longer i was not even that upset about it,but as the boy at the counter was saying yes i’ll cook it a little more for you this little old lady comes running from the back and pushes him out of the way to talk to me. at first she was fake nice kinda patronizing saying that there pizza is cooked perfectly every time i politely disagreed and asked it to be cooked a little more throughly then her smile turned to a frown as she started to use some obscure language telling me to never insult her pizza again. i was dumbfounded lost for words as i was gathering my thoughts trying to figure out why a midget just chewed me out she told me i was banned never to come back i left the pizza on the counter and started to walk out she then yelled at me and said to take my pizza i said to throw it away after all garbage deserves to be garbage she then came from behind the counter put her finger in my chest and threatened to call the cops on me i asked for her name and corporate number she then told me her name was mary go fuck yourself carson. i could not believe it needless to say i said some colorful things back went to the counter three my garbage pizza in the trash and went on my way i will never be going back to this establishment and i hope no one else does someone as nasty and cold hearted as her does not deserve to manage a business like this i am going to contact the owners and hopefully they will do the right thing and let her go also this place is extremely outdated it looks like a hangout spot for kids in the 1970’s. over all my experience was terrible absolutely unacceptable. this place should be shut down.
