Simply Divine

The stone fire oven was nice. The guy was tossing the dough was cool. At this point my hopes were high.....now the pizza ...fresh ingredients, not a ton of flop, not greasy. Definitely a step above pizza shop pizza but with the tools at their disposal it fell short on flavor and char.... The cheese pizza was better than the margarita. Both were tasty but nothing special. The sauce was the downfall here. The dough was good but not great.This could be high end pizza with the right tweeks....as is, I give it a 7.7.
