Sir Pizza of Hermitage

As I try not to be yankee pizza snob, I thought I would try this place as it was referred to us online as a good tavern style pizza. I was a little weirded out when they wanted us to order our pizza at a counter first before we sat down. The restaurant was absolute dump. Seats ripped up, walls and paint in shambles. We should have walked out. When the pizza came out it didn’t look half bad being we don’t generally like crumbled sausage on pizza. That’s as good as it got. The sauce on this pizza is pungent and bitter. Cheese non existent. Not a bad crisp but the taste ruined it. Would not recommend this to anyone.
