Crust is excellent, thin with a tiny bit of crisp perfectly cooked. Ordered plain cheese to try the base pie and it came with ricotta. Classic New Haven style pie

Super thin, handmade, crispy almost cracker thin crust berween bar style pie(think colony grill) and ny thin crust, slight char, slight flop, scant sauce slightly greasy cheese, great drunk or game pizza

Used to be pizza of choice in undergrad. Not sure what happened, but this buff chick just ain’t the same. Can’t speak for the cheese, but this pizza really yucked my yum compared to what it once was.
