Good cheese, just wish the crust was cooked a little longer

The heavy malt crust makes a nice compliment to drunk. In all reality this is a unique style pizza based off pizza in the quad cities about 3 hours away from Chicago making up a few towns off the Mississippi River.

Quad city style. Malted crust gives it a nice little twist. The cheese blend is great. Cooked perfectly.
