Sixty Vines delivers an overall decent pizza, but it doesn’t quite rise above average. The crust is the highlight—light, airy, and nicely blistered with a pleasant chew that gives it an authentic wood-fired feel. Unfortunately, the sauce falls flat, lacking the richness, brightness, and seasoning needed to bring the pie together.

Cheese pizza was amazing. Best pizza in Dallas. I’ve just come off a NYC pizza top 9 high… this belongs with it. Love the ambiance here. The staff are amazing and made our night. Pizza is a firm 9.3 ! E scored it a 26.7!!! We cleared 3 of these cheese pizzas and a I’m working on the spicy sausage. It is spicy 🔥🔥🔥

Fancy Margherita. Well cooked undercarriage that leaves a bit of char on the finger tips, softer outer crust but well seasoned. Slight flop and slight crisp, it’s much better than anticipated when biting in. This is the best seasoned pizza I’ve had in a long while, fresh basil and tomatoes, high quality mozzarella. This is the date night pizza gold standard for me.
