Asked them to leave it in the oven an extra 2 minutes, crisp was amazing, cupping pepperoni is legit. Sauce is good

Okay undercarriage, slight flop, looks okay nothing too special, the sauce was very good, but it was over powered with too much cheese, and the pepperoni was decent. It was a doughy but I think it would’ve been a lot better if it was left in the over for a few more minutes for a nice crispy crust.

8. I know, that’s big talk BUT I’m gonna emphasize that this is exactly how I like a pizza. It really came down to the solid consistency of the Cheese and the thick ratios of crust and sauce. If someone told me this is a New York 6, I probably couldn’t disagree but for California pizza especially in Antioch it’s probably the best.
