The thin crust pie could be considered on par with bottom shelf frozen pizza. Tomato sauce is flavorless, cheese is meh. The crust is charred but not crunchy. Makes me wonder what the heck kind of pizza oven they use. To give credit where credit is due: cool location and decor, the pizza came out quick + was piping hot and the service is excellent. Too bad the product doesn’t match the rest of the experience.

Great pizza, little more of a doughy like taste to it. Great pepperoni and cheese was not to greasy. Overall good pizza!

A local favorite, which is why you see all the high scores. It's more of a novelty pie than anything. I ate here twice and spent way too much for pizza that is designed to be served undercooked. Both times, the dough was mushy in the center of the slices. And spent wat too much. Good ingredients and clean kitchen.

Not usual a fan of pizza that is really doughy, like this Sicilian style slice, but bias aside, this was an above average slice. Thought the generous amount of pepperonis helped a lot. Will never compare to thin crust in my eyes, but overall 👍

I want to start this review off by saying that this was one of the worst dining experiences of my life, and it nearly ruined our entire evening.  Let's start with the good.  The restaurant itself is awesome, with an open concept and extremely high ceilings that give Slab a very upscale feel for a pizza place.  We ordered two slabs, one cheese and one spicy meat.  The only enjoyable part of either slice was the sauce, as the dough at Slab was no where near as pillowy as the slice I had from Micucci.  Just when I thought that things couldn't get any worse then blowing $25+ on two subpar slices of pizza, my date looks down into her drink and spots not one, but four small bugs floating at the bottom of her glass.  As soon as this happened, we were 100% done eating here and left the majority of our food on the table.  I mentioned this to the waitress and she told me that they have a fruit fly infestation during the summer.  The thing is that this incident occured on December 4th.  The waitress did take the drink off of our bill, yet still charged me for the 2 Slabs, even though we didn't finish half of either, since we stopped eating the second we noticed the bugs in her drink. I would've scored this pizza in the mid 5's if the big incident had never occurred, but this review if the first time I am factoring in the service/dining  in any of my reviews! However it was so bad that the score MUST reflect my overall experience.

Not a typical slice. The dough is soft and airy. 10 dollar slice. The slice is huge!!!!!

GIANT slices. Not your typical pizza. but seriously the best Sicilian! Crave this too often…

I’m gonna start off by saying this is not my favorite style of pizza. Crust was real doughy in the middle and there was a bit too much grease for my liking. The only redeeming quality is that the sauce had good flavor to it.

I figured I should try this place being I liked Micucci’s so much. You can tell whoever owns this place took what Micucci sells in their grocery store and tried to make a whole hipster Restuarant/Bar built off of it. They try to hard with the pizza. They sprinkle extra salt on it, and it definitely doesn’t need that. The dough is pretty darn good but not as good as Micucci’s.
