As New York Style as it gets when it comes to size and crispiness. The cheese itself hinders this pie from being far higher. The variety is awesome. The tomato pie was by far the best out of the bunch, good crisp, tomato sauce was tasty.
If it wasn’t for the tomato pie carrying, this score would be in the 6’s. The cheese was very very underwhelming, almost reminded me of Digiorno. If they would upgrade their cheese, this pizza would EASILY be in the mid 7s. Celestino’s is still the best pizza within an hour of Sacramento.
