Many imitate this crust style but this is the best I’ve seen it done. That’s what made the pizza for me. Very well cooked, although I don’t know how standard that really is cause my uncle specifically asked for “the way he liked it”. The deep dish was rock solid, the grandma style was the weakest of what I had but was still really good. 9.8 on the pepperoni, 8.6 on the deep dish though take it with a grain of salt as I don’t do deep dish often, 8.1 on the grandma.
