For a slice this cheese pizza was good. Super floppy with a slightly crispy crust. Thin, but flavorful sauce and a good balance of cheese. I also had a slice of the Wise guy pizza, which was definitely better than plain cheese. Pretty good overall.

New York style was very good. Good undercarriage, and not much flop, even though the slices are huge. Very good sauce, not over spiced, and a perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Very pricey! The best pizza in this part of the Bay.

Undercarriage was all letdown service was all right. Flavor was definitely there. Crust had good crunch still left to chew though.

good crunch. Doesn’t burn the top of my mouth, which is a problem. The mozzarella slice is better than the plain cheese. Solid NY slice in general.

Great pie. Sometimes the topping portions are inconsistent. However, still better than any of the other pies in Walnut Creek.

Good crisp and cheese but the sauce was meh

Very impressive slice. Got the “Wiseguy”. Unique spicy sauce and great combination of ingredients. Tons of flop. Highly recommend this place if you just want a slice.

Nice big slice of ZA 🍕 all around really solid NY style thin crust. Decent undercarriage but floppy, probably do to the size of the slice. Lots of slice options and different styles of ZA 🍕 like Sicilian and Detroit. Good stuff

Just had a slice, nice feel & vibe to the join. Pizza was crispy and had a nice texture. Good carry to it and not too much cheese. Bonus rating for Detroit style: 6.9

Sweeet Gino, Beautiful Pizza, Really good ingredients, would had be been 7.9 Score or maybe Even 8+ if there was enough cheese on the Pizza(i like light cheese) & there was next to no cheese on the pizza.

For the East Bay, this is as close as I’ve gotten to a NY slice in a while. The cheese pizza was a hot mess, been sitting and was very greasy, didn’t even eat it. The tomato basil was nice. The crust was light and the flavor was good. Mostly tasted the corn meal on the crust, fresh cut basil, and a nice tangy sauce. Light on the toppings but a good amount and that made the crust hold up nicely. They make the pizza slices ahead, cut them big, and then reheat them for you in the pizza oven. if you had been at a bar locally you might want to stop here on your way home. I came for a late lunch.

Pure trash. I mean really if you have to add that much semolina to give the impression of crunch you fail. Crust is decent, sauce has almost no flavor, cheese is good. Too much hype on this one. My pizza is soooo my better! :: update, tried Tony’s at Oracle park yesterday and it tasted like vomit.

Slice of the day - Chicken Ranch. Great flavors, tomatoes bring a burst of flavor. Nice and easy.

This is a spectacular pizza. There is slight room for improvement with the first, but the sauce, and the cheese is absolutely perfect!

Amazing sauce. Probably the best in the Tri-Valley. Crust is a tad overdone but this pizza is amazing.

Alright Frankie slice house, the flavor is amazing, the cheese has a great flavor and the sauce does too. The ratio of sauce to cheese is near perfection not to mention the crisp of crust. The pizza also has some Parmesan sprinkled on top which just adds to the overall flavor. However this pizza has two flaws, it’s very floppy and the slices are very big however these are minor flaws which is why I’m keeping it in the 9’s. 9.1 that’s a review.

Might have low balled this place but we all know the first score sticks.... best slice in the tri valley for sure
