Sauce is more tomato than sauce, like a purée with no spices. The very plain nature of the flavor actually works because it’s the predominant taste over the cheese. And the cheese is quite good. Crust is a tad on the soft side but has an above average taste. The edge bites with very little sauce and cheese are actually enjoyable. The taste isn’t outstanding but it’s certainly above average. Has more of an artisan feel. The quality is indisputable. Whether you dig traditional football or prefer fancy, either way, it’s worth a try. Ignore my score, which is biased against fancy stuff. This is terrific. Giants, Commander and Cowboys fans are stone cold forbidden to go here. Far too fancy for you and besides, they don’t allow patrons without teeth.
