Slice of Cheesie's

Had high hopes for this one with the stellar reputation of Cheesie’s grilled cheese sandwiches next door, but came up way short. This pizza was flavorless. Just a generic greasy cheese bomb. The only redeeming quality was I thought the outer crust tasted decent. I had to use ranch to make this one semi-enjoyable. The kicker is that I was indeed drunk. I wanted to experience how the masses would typically be eating this. Even drunk me didn’t find it great. One last point: I don’t know how you can open a new pizza place and not at least do minimum research of the other slice places in the immediate vicinity, compare it to your own recipe, and make it better. It’s like they didn’t even try and were riding off their grilled cheese success. Disappointed.
