Slice of Glenville

This was an odd slice of pizza, for me. Technique-wise, it was everything I look for in a good slice. Crust was thin and crispy, with a good undercarriage, and quality cheese on top. Slices were very generously sized, and when folded to eat, enough grease dropped out the back end to form a little puddle on the plate for dipping the pleasantly chewy cornicione. The taste however was just lacking. I mostly tasted the cheese, as the crust didn’t seem to have much flavor on its own. Maybe it needed more salt in the crust, or a bit more sauce on top. It wasn’t a bad pizza; I’d rate it a 6 on technique alone, it just needed a bit more to get it into the great range for me. Hopefully it was just these slices on this day, and next time I’m in the area I’ll try them again and be able to rate more favorably.

Vibes were a bit off but this slice was bigger than Nikki Minaj’s behind in the anaconda video. Enough oil to fuel my Nissan Altima but I digress pretty good slice overall

Wings a solid 8.0. The Pizza a 6.0 - was cold. Overall experience 7.0

Slices are huge! House slice was awesome great flavor and zero flop. Cheese was also good, great under carriage. This is my new go to for a slice in the area.

Solid NYC style thin crust. Not usually found in the suburbs. Probably top 5 in the Schenectady area.

In the spirit of keeping it based off of a plain cheese slice. This House style or “Utica style” is delicious is you like a blended cheese taste and strong Parmesan flavor. Definitely has a nice crunch to it when asked for “crispy” tangy sauce. Overall great flavor!

Zero flop. Good crisp on the pie

Very big slice. Thin slice with slight crisp to the bottom, very little flop. Cheese was tasty but I prefer a bit more sauce. Rookie score

Looked good at first but was pretty doughy and floppy. Good taste, just nothing to write home about.

Big Slice. Big Flop. Lot of Grease. No crisp. Cheese isn’t great. Sauce is good. Maybe a little undercooked.

Looked promising and smelled fantastic, but sadly it was super floppy, salty, and tasted like it had too much rosemary in the sauce. Not good. Hugely disappointing.

Nice and thin and a great crisp!!! Asked for slice to be heated up well and she said crispy? My reply was yes please. Get in car and it was not super hot which I feel totally hurt the score. Would love to order a fresh pie and give one more chance!!

not the best not the worst i have ever had. very little flop, as others have said, does have a decent crisp to it, the crust is slightly over cook but nothing to really complain about there. wish they didn’t cover the sausage with cheese. would do again, but wouldn’t be top of list to go to

Decent , needs more sauce because it’s good . Expensive ! 10 bucks 2 slices

Nice crispy bite little to no flop burnt my face off for this bite but worth the pain good taste

Overall not great. Undercooked making it cold. So much dough the cheese and sauce were just not really there taste wise.
