Slice of Waikiki

It’s a 6.8 unfortunately. Like, it’s not terrible and admittedly it’s a little hard to score due to the slices sitting around for a while. What’s really holding it back from climbing into the 7’s is the sauce. It’s too heavy and like a paste. If it were lighter and thinner it would really help. The staff is nice. No issues there. The dough is a little chewy but again, it might be better fresh out of the over.
