Slice Shack by Mary's

Ok so Mary’s in my opinion undercooks their pizza in general. Its cool everyone has their style but for my taste I like char and little to no flop. I like going to the slice shack because I can have them put a good char on it. I always have to have them put it back in. They do an average 3 minute reheat. I’ve timed it. I have them go 8-9 min for cheese and 9-11 for toppings. That being said I will give my score for the cheese slice with an extra 8 mins. The regular 3 min reheat would be in the 5.9-6.1 range.

In the words of El Pres, this pizza stinks. In wine country, stick to the wine, and pass on the pie.

Great Crust, cheese and pepperoni are good. The sauce needs some kick ore more of it.
