Crust/bread is full of flavor pizza sauce is more like a mairnara sauce good gooey cheese big crispy pepperoni

So in Twin Falls on business. Went to the top rated place in town. Very fancy place ,but the pizza is not what I was expecting. Very basic style, not near as artisan as expected. Crust is undercooked, thicker and more doughy then I would expect. Very cheesy, lots of sauce but it seems to be missing some zip. What we got here is bowling alley pizza at a trendy shop.
