Hot out of the wood fired oven. Lava in the middle. Blow blow... good undercarriage char from the oven. Crust is thin. Chewy. Lots of grease. Sauce is good. Crust was ok. Overall good pizza.

Margarita pie. Lite crispy crust with a great undercarriage. Really good sweet sauce and the right balance of mozzarella cheese with basil and fresh tomatoes. Great stuff!
