OK, here. We are on a little bit of a cloudy Friday afternoon. Had football this morning, and getting ready for a scrimmage against Eastchester tomorrow. And my Tigers open up the season against Georgia tomorrow as well. We are ALL IN for everything. And now getting to the pizza review. I was up here before, and the place wasn’t open. So I went back. Right off the bat the slice looks great. They are huge. Got some mixed reviews. So let’s get into it and see. High hopes. Zero flop. Decent crunch. It’s almost football pizza, but just not there. The taste is good, but something is missing. It is thin, and airy, and like I said, have some good crunch. But there’s just something missing. Maybe sweeten it up a bit, and it would totally be football pizza. But not bad.

I ordered this pie before I saw where they kept their slice pies, which is next to the oven. Theres no display case. This is their "Manhattan" pizza from their artisan pizza menu. The crust is cracker thin with char and the perfect crisp, the cheese has nice pull, and the sauce was good enough. A drizzle of hot honey added a hint of sweetness to it. The pepperoni was good but not spicy or crisp enough for me. Overall, I give this an 8.5. Not pictured was their flame roasted wings which had a nice rub of rosemary and garlic and a cup of hot sauce on the side, also an 8.5. Don't sleep on Ardsley!

Huge slice, thin and crispy but bland crust, tasty cheese, and not enough sauce. Overall, too dry and light on flavor. Loved the hot tomato oil on the side. Stuff is delicious. But the pizza is only ok. Maybe if I had a fresh pie with extra sauce I’d like it more.

As far as a football pie goes, its pretty good. Cheese sauce ratio is right but a bit too thick on the dough. Has potential to be an 8.4

Fresh pie is solid but not remarkable. Cheese and sauce is yummy enough and does the job. Can’t get individual slices but that’s ok. Good place to take the kids.

This place had one of the worst most overpriced sloppy slices I’ve ever had. Disgrace to westchester pizza.

Pie was cold but the pizza still tastes good I would love to go there in person and have a hot slice.

It’s not your traditional slice. But when I went for dinner on my way back upstate, the special was “Sunday dinner pizza”. And it was every Italians dream.
