This is just a stock pic of Slyce because I somehow don’t have a pic on my phone of this pie, but it looks just like this. This, in short, is the best pizza in the area. Thin, light, soft crust, perfect coal char, very little flop and not a lot this pizza could improve on. The actual cheese and sauce themselves aren’t the best ever (but certainly aren’t bad) and lack the extra flavor to push this into the 9s, but man I can’t imagine any better prepared or better cooked pizza dough. Best in the North Shore area suburbs for thin crust pizza.
