From Wisconsin here visiting. Wisconsin does not have pizza like this. Great coal fire pizza cooked just right. Edges were black, finger test with coal left over. Would recommend to anyone

Had the fennel sausage/pepperoni coal fired pizza. Crust excellent, well done. A little too much flop. Sauce nice and tangy, good cheese blend. Considering the meats (which were very very good), not that much grease. Try it!
