Smith & Lentz Brewing and Pizza

If you like this type New Haven Pizza this is for you. I'm a New York slice guy. This Pizza was good but I don't care for sweet sauce. The pepperonis are Great crust was good and crisp. Needs a cheese that stands out.

Very thin and crispy. With it being a thin, sourdough bread, pizza it did not sit heavy in the stomach. Worth all the hype, arguable the best pizza in Nashville.

Very good! A little dry but overall a solid pie. Dipping it in ranch made it even better👌🏼

Maybe I’m just not a coal fired guy but the crust did not taste good. Cheese and sauce are decent. Good crisp and crunch. I would eat it but never go out of my way for it.

Best pizza in Nashville contender, hybrid between Neapolitan and NY style, great sourdough crust. We had the pepperoni/cheese. Pepperoni has to be where it’s at. Homemade ranch, fantastic Pilsner, great spot, super cool patio and awesome service!

Quality pie, thin yet airy and amazing crisp and flavor

Outrageous crust texture, somehow crisp yet doesn’t tear up the roof of your mouth. Delicious sauce plenty of cheese, little flop lots of leoparding on the bottom and crust. In a word …phenomenal.

I like it, I love it, I want some more of it. Here visiting from Tampa and saw the Pres dropped a 8+ score and had to go. Extremely light and out of this world crunch. This is my first sourdough pizza and I’ll be coming back for more.

Ordered the supreme. Everything was fantastic. Including the kale Caesar salad.

my brother and i were in Nashville for the day, and we always love to go wherever Dave has rated the highest. this place blew us away. the pepperoni pizza with hot honey (pictured) was incredible. we also got a cheese, which was ok. the crust makes it. would def go back next time i'm in town!

Yummy pizza. Great fresh dough with a nice charred underside and crust. Good quality cheese, too. One of the more expensive pizzas I’ve had but Nashville’s expensive. Would recommend.

The guy in this video recommended Dicey’s so I went there instead. Please add them to the app. Dicey’s is amazing with a very cool punk, indie vibe with a friendly staff and Black Flag / Fugazi playlist. The app won’t let me select Dicey’s in Nashville.

Good darn pizza!!! Good crust and crunchy. Great taste and perfect undercarriage. If I can a flaw it was probably the tomato sauce a little too salty. I’ll definitely come back.

As good as described

As a New Yorker, the white is the best I’ve had in Nashville. My only complaint would be the after-taste from the crust.
