Excellent Brick oven pizza. Very reminiscent of a New Haven/NYC pie. Very excited to finally find a good za that wasn’t baked in a conventional oven. Also, great location and atmosphere in the Pearl District. My main draw backs are a very thin and flaky dough that in some parts almost looks like a tortilla and I wish the bacon was cooked a little more. However, this pie has a great blend of sauce, mozzarella, and premium bacon which pushed it into the 8s! Well done Sobro. 8.2, that’s the review.
