If only you got an A for effort... There is such thing as trying too hard with the sauce and they’ve done just that. Looked over cheesed but actually good sauce/cheese balance. Bread was pretty good, crust was highlight which is good. Ok slice outside of the Mecca but not cracking the 7.0 mark today

My first One Bite review, so I feel like this is very important. Sofia’s Pizza located in historical East Durham. I’ve had their pizza now 3x and they never disappoint. Had to go golden standard, cheese pizza. Cheese is a lil greasy but I don’t mind that. Also, ordering online they had a well done/crispy option which I’ve never seen before! Crust was crunchy and I love that. Overall, this is good football pizza Frankie.

Straight out the oven . Cheesy great has some crisp . The crust is good cheese is ok . Sauce is lacking a little in flavor. I like it but nothing special

Moved to Durham in 2019 and frankly, most pizza options here are bad. Sofia's has the best pizza that I've had by a wide margin. It's thin. It's crispy. It's got almost no flop. It's an 8.3 from me.
