Good looking cheese pie. Nice thin crust and good looking undercarriage. Sauce was good, not bitter, not overly sweet. Also got the Centrella, also a good pie

Great ratios. Sauce has mixture of sweet and tang. Undercarriage is always slightly crunchy. Dough has excellent flavor and texture. Minimal flop too. One of the best pizzas on the gulf coast.

Good tang with the sauce. Decent undercarriage and crust. Gf says 8.3 so not a bad pie

Nice char from 550* gasser. Crust was airy with chew. Sauce was sweet, nice cheese blend with good tug. All toppings fresh and plentiful.

Bomb ass NY style slice. Fresh ingredients. Could be slightly crispier. Cool staff. Soooo good

I tried the cheese pizza just like Dave does that was a 8.1. The Sinatra was a solid 9.5 and the meat lovers was also a 9+. Great stuff we ate there two nights in a row.
