Somerset Famous Pizza

This pizza started out pretty stiff. The crust is hard on the outside and light and airy on the inside. There was next to no flop at first. It’s pretty greasy though so it softened up after a bit. There was lots of tasty cheese and pepperoni. There was so little sauce, it served more as a lubricant than for flavor. That was fine by me though, as it was a darn good pizza.
