Ehhhhh. This pie was alright for Pinky And I. We were stuck in Jersey for the night and this pie was A-ok. Sauce on top of pie add solid. Great sauce! Crust was thin and a bit tasteless. But it was good. Cheese was also good in this saucesy margarita pie. We enjoyed it. Not sure we will ever be back in this jersey outpost but if we ever do I’m also bringing spike. He loves the sauce on top. Two thumbs up from the Fonz. Ehhhhhhhhh👍🏻👍🏻

These 2 meatballs cut in half is what is served in a $12 meatball parm. What a joke!

Eye test- average Sauce- shocking. Strong ratio(which is rare) and good taste. Has a great blend of spices. Not sweet or spicy. Not world class, but qualifies as excellent. Cheese- perfect chew and taste. A bit of funk. Blends perfectly. Doesn’t jump out or overwhelm. Dough- taste is not special. Average crisp. Bland, but other ingredients nullify this factor Ratio- perfect Execution- excellent Looks are deceiving. Looks like standard football pie nonsense. Quality ingredients, great taste for sauce and cheese and utterly perfect ratio Not travel worthy but outstanding neighborhood option. Jack Sikma said, I’m proud of the contribution I made to my team. Individual accolades mean nothing to me.” The individual components make this slice a team with championship aspirations.
