Sonny's Of NY Pizza Kitchen

Sonny's of NY Easton, MD Strip-center Italian restaurant, actually not bad. Gas oven, at 475*, with a stone gives a good char to the crust. Of the 3 components, crust is the weakest; bland, forgettable. Sauce was a surprise, slightly sweet & salty, finely diced pieces of tomato. Cheese was the generic blend, did have a nice pull to it. Not a destination, but if you're in the area, worth the stop. ***3 Slices***Better than expected
