Review 105- Heavy on the parm, as you can see, but this is fantastic pan pizza - some of my favorite pizza in DC. Sauce is tasty, dough is chewy and perfected cooked. Really good stuff !

Probably the best pie in the DMV. Fresh parm on top of a sweet, acidic tomato sauce layered on top of homemade focaccia-adjacent dough

Crust is amazing cheese pull is a 10/10 . Would come again gluten free and vegan options too

Very very thick crust, next to no cheese

Best Grandma Pie & Cool Spot. This Pizza is great pizza and so much more..Bar, Cafe, outdoor Patio and cool bar truck. Had comedy night happening upstairs while I enjoyed grandmas broccoli rabe spicy pie in the restaurant downstairs. Decor and details are beautifully positioned. Already looking forward to another visit.

So it’s somewhere between a football watching pizza and a fancy pizza. The crisp is amazing but it’s a square slice on what’s closer to focaccia bread than pizza dough. So close to my first 8+ score.

They put Parmesan on the slice, there wasn’t enough sauce, good crunch, focaccia style, they put Parmesan on the freaking slice

Saw a 8.5 score and was in dc so had to stop by.... the pizza is really good!!! Definitely maybe top in DC area!!

Perfect crisp on focaccia crust, pepperoni and tangy sauce sauce. Interesting sauce, cheese, sauce structure, but they more than pull it off (I was a bit suspect at first). Great pizza, would travel, full pies pretty expensive at $26 but as the owner explained “slices are our thing.” They’re big slice guys, I’m a big slice guy. Therefore I’m a Sonny’s guy.
