Sopranos Pizza

I thought this pizza was great. No flop, crispy and chewy crust, and fresh mozzarella to top it off. Loved every bit of it.

The pizza had no crisp and was floppy, this pizza was taken out of the oven lightly baked and the flop could have been due to the sauce being too watered down. The sauce had no taste. If the pizza were baked about 2 minutes longer the score could have been a little higher for the crust, but I score them as I see them. The crust had very little flavor and no crisp and was pretty chewy. We also got a White Pizza at the same time, the White Pizza had ZERO flop and was much better and did have a nice crisp crust... Score for the White Pizza 7.6... Score for the Cheese Pizza which I scored based one bite of a non sausage section and one bite of the crust 5.9.

Pretty good flavor. Great sauce and cheese. Crust was a bit sparse and crunchy.

I was kinda nervous to review this with the name and everything, but I shall not let fear forbid me from my first amendment rights! For what it’s worth bacon and pineapple is the absolute best pizza combination. I say that now because bacon plays a pivotal role in this review. The crust actually has a decent amount of crisp to it. Obviously nothing on par with true Brooklyn pies or anything above central PA standards, but there’s worse options out there regarding crust. Not much flop on this sucker. Back to the bacon, this is the worst piece of pig I’ve ever had on pizza - it’s entirely fat! I’m serious, the bacon was a chewy, fatty, disgusting catastrophe. This may be a fluke but it was really bad. The sauce is average, the cheese is average, this slice is average. I’d like to try again with edible bacon, but I’m in no hurry. I’m sorry please do not hurt me.

Slice was lukewarm so I can’t adequately judge the flop, but the sauce and cheese are tasty.

Solid slice

After going on a recent road trip with my mom to Gettysburg to tour the battlefield. We were heading home and decided to try a local pizza place. This pizza has good crust, and tasty.

Super cheesy and great flavor!!

Pizza had a nice look....BUT was greasy and overdone. It utilizes cheese very well but needs the sauce to be on the same level. Definitely going to need to eat some fruit after this one!
