Sorella's Pizza & Pasta

Same name, new owners it seems. Nice people, very friendly and welcoming. A much larger menu, too. Pizza was a little doughy/thicker than I was expecting. Worth a visit.

Wow, Frankie - the grandma pie at Sorella is outstanding. Topped it with some generous helpings of pepperoni and sausage and man, what a damn good pie! Awesome sweet sauce but the crust is the standout - super thin crust with great taste. I love grandma pie and this is the best that I have found in the Lehigh Valley so far; fantastic combination of flavors done just right. Most valley pizza is pretty run of the mill and tastes the same, mostly average football pies but this is worth a drive for. Great job, Sorella’s - you made my day with this one! Frankie - take note….

Standard football pie… I feel like if I would’ve ordered a pie fresh it probably would’ve been better the slice that I picked look like it was there for a little while

It was alright, on the chewier side and a little dry but tasted fine.

Has some decent char to the cheese. Not too floppy. Has some good chewiness to the crust. A large is only a dollar more than a small which is real nice hospitality right there.

Excellent pizza!!! Real deal pizza!!! All ingredients were fresh and prepared with care. The owner was awesome too… obvious loves what he does!!! And then there’s the crust…. Spectacular bite on the crust!!!

Everything you want pizza to be. Crust has great flavor, not too much flop. Quality sauce and cheese.

Great pie that’s worthy of a try! Loved the cheeses used and the flavor in the sauce. Not much flop. Very nice owner as well. One of the best I’ve had in Bethlehem.

Wanted this to be lower because of the price. 8.48 for 2 slices and a Snapple. But it’s deserving of a 6.7. Decent pizza, fair score.

Very Good. Sauce is really good, cheese is good. Crust thin with a nice crisp and very little flop. They can be somewhat inconsistent though. When it’s good it’s really good.

So little odd I ordered a large and small pie.. the small is completely different than the large. Small pie Cheese and sauce were ok, had some flavor little salty. Undercarriage little chewy and crust wasnt crunchy. But this was the better of the two pies Large pie Just plain horrible and that’s being nice... cheese had no flavor, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t cheese... tasted like half hardened elmers glue. Undercarriage and crust were so chewy it was like pulling on old bubble gum. Small pie 5.8 Large pie 3.2 Average 4.5

Really great owner. Solid pizza. Sauce is great and crust is good. Again the owner is awesome.
