Pizza Review
Rollin’ Dough Reviews - Finally! An authentic “Italian Joint” that’s accessible, affordable, and quality. This places oozes old school Italian cool - memorabilia and photos on the walls of not only Cincinnati history but their Italian linage as well, a swanky bar area with a beautiful wood and leather and rivet lined bar and stools, a wine grotto, even a little convenience station in the bathroom! Cannot get anymore authentic-yet-modern Italian - and the pizza lives up to the rest of the place! Thicker crust and square sliced, it’s a family style cut because this is a family style joint. Crust was crisp and airy, REAL dairy Moss that doesn’t get all greasy, and a fresh made sauce with a nice little garlic kick. The ONLY detractor was I think there was just a bit too much sauce which caused it to get a little sloppy, slidy but it’s so good it almost doesn’t matter. If not for that one factor, this is an 8.8-8.9 pizza. That’s a Rollin’ Dough review.
