Sorrento's Brick Oven Pizza

Crust had good crisp but the rest was super floppy

Got two large pies delivered, hot and fresh pepperoni a bit greasy but still good. Cheese pie was a winner for sure, no flop and under carriage fantastic. Would recommend on the New Haven pizza tour.

Flavorful, seasoned sauce, good cheese but heavy, crust is standard outside of New Haven quality. Overall a solid choice, especially for the price! Doesn’t have that nice crisp chewy crust that you get at the best NHV spots.

Average pie. No crisp all flop. Better choices in the area

Sausage and Onion, thin crust, not that flavorful, a bit cardboard texture. Another 6ish pizza in the Hamden Dixwell area of a million pizza places

A little sloppy in the middle. Temperature was just right. Semi sweet sauce and the slice ended with a nice crunch

Super flop.... not bad but nothing to write home about.
