Sorry but a cheese pizza with the absolute minimum amount of cheese is going to get a poor grade no matter what. The sauce was okay I guess if you like that natural tomato flavour, but it was too overwhelming for my taste, like eating raw, tangy tomatoes on a very thin strip of dough. Another very disappointing pie given the glowing reviews here, put some damn cheese on it!!

I’ve had several different kinds of pies from Sorrento’s. They never disappoint. Dough is light and thin, with crunchy exterior and pillowy interior (mainly in crust). This place is always on the list when I’m in town.

Very crunchy crust. Sauce is average. Cheese is great. The slices are huge. This is half a slice of roni/sausage. Buff chic slice is there best tasted so far. People who work there are great. This is the best Pizza place in the Ayer,Shirley, Harvard area.

Good thin Italian style pizza. Fresh ingredients, sweet sauce and the crust had a nice crisp due to the wood fired brick oven.

I got the steak tip pizza. Cooked perfectly, tons of crisp due to the wood fired brick ovens they use. Very nice professional environment, good customer service. What more could you want?

Thought I was ordering a standard pizza when I ordered the margherita pizza because so many places in Boston seem to think sauce&cheese= margherita pizza. Best quality margherita pizza I’ve had in a long time, 100% fresh basil and mozzarella. The crust was excellent, sauce was good (nothing fantastic but I wouldn’t mess with it)... one of those pizzas where you want to eat the whole crust. We were on a road trip back to Boston so only pic I have is my kid destroying her slice in the back seat.

Ordered “one slice” for a unique price of $4.67 fantastic pizza but was luke warm so had to deduct a point

Ordered a large pepperoni. Nice sweet sauce, not too much cheese, no grease and crust was crisp at the edges, flop in the center. Tasted great, ready when I pulled up. Beer and wine shop next door. Good selection of both. Pizza is good cool as well - slightly different taste and edge still has a good crunch.

The smell of the wood fired oven lures you in. All kinds of slices to go but I'll have a full pie right from the wood fired oven. There is pride in the pie here but the crust needs something. The first bite will burn your face off if you are a pig like me! Hot stuff.

So good, very good with little to no flop and a ton of flavor.

Buffalo pizza for a change up. No red sauce, fried chicken with cheese and what appeared to be Franks Red Hot. Little. Slice was crisp and very edible. Thin crust was good, but not worth a lengthy drive. (Andy M)

Monster slices. Very Italian. Lovely Brick Oven setting. Very good flop. Crunchy and light which is nice. Good sauce. Above average slice. Would recommend.

Meat lovers pizza, large. Really good flop. I would have preferred slightly more crunch but other than that excellent pizza. Good amount of toppings. Just beautiful
