Pizza was Outstanding. Too bad Dave Portnoy is too busy to be in the central VA area. Google says 4.9/5 on 704 reviews. That seems more accurate than this app

Fantastic pizza. Good char, crunchy without being cracker-like, toppings and sauce were flawless. The staff were critiquing each other while making the pies, it was clear they care about their craft. They thanked customers for their business. Unquestionably the best pizza in or around Lynchburg.

Alright Franky, off the beat and path in Virginia.....Sourdough Pizza Company, not too sure if its a chain.....interesting concept, Sourdough has a strong taste. A bit runny/greasy but good undercarriage. Distinctive taste however everything is fresh, high scores on the app but I'm sure this is the best pizza in this area....7.9 thats a review

First time trying this place and it was VERY good. We got a pepperoni, a cheese, and cheese bread from here. The undercarriage and crust was perfection. Overall would recommend but it was pricey, think it was about $45 after tax and the pizzas are about 12in only so was very easy to run through this all with two people. And the sourdough wasn’t overtaking or anything so it’s worth it if you’re interested or love sourdough pizza!

Been hearing about this place for a while recently got back from NYC and ate at the famous John's of bleeker st. Pizza and I say this is far superior highly recommend

Good little crunch and texture to the crust. Sauce is fresh and homemade but nothing over the top. Good Mozz. Has a fair Crust:Sauce:Cheese ratio

I am from New England good food down south is very hard to come by and this pizza is by far the one thing I can never stop eating. Handmade fast order fresh ingredients and the most creative and tastiest pizza I have ever eaten. Kiln fired and also business is run by some of the nicest guys. Super professional and classy.
