Great tasting pizza. Probably one of the best pizza joints in the state. The sauce was slightly sweet, but not too much. The dough was to die for. As far as the taste and ingredients…amazing. Definitely has some flop. If you’re looking for crunch , not so much. If you’re looking for taste and good flavor, this is your spot.

I had the Sicilian. Crust was perfect, crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. The remainder of the pie was unremarkable, not alot of cheese, and the sauce was ok. The place is nice though, and the employees friendly.

Mama mia!! Whatta pizza!! I got The Sicilian “New Yorker” za. The pizza crust is deliciously soft and airy with the perfect hint of sourdough bite. It was so light I was afraid it was gunna float away. The dollop of ricotta on top really set it off. Almost no grease. Also got a New York style and the crust was crunchy. The cheese was stretchy with light sauce. I got “The House” pizza and the toppings were a little too heavy for the crust causing some flop and topping droppings. All in all 8.3 all around.

The Sicilian stole the show here, it’s so light, good hold, great toppings it the best pizza in Kitsap and it’s not even close! The NY was also very good!

This pizza is nowhere near an eight. I like Detroit style, not sure I’m into the sourdough as much though. I call it like it is.

Incredible authentic flavors that reminded me of Italy and my grandmothers pizza! This is a must try if your in the area. The sauce is perfect and the dough has a buttery tang but oh so soft!
