Crispy edges but floppy in the center. A little greasy but not bad. Sauce could use a little more tang but the flavor is decent. Crust is good. I ordered the brick oven style so maybe that’s why it was nice and crispy on the edges.

The cook on this was excellent not to greasy and the chess was good, also the sauce had a very subtle netrual taste overall a great pizza definitely the place to stop for pizza in Amsterdam.
