Spankey's Una Pizza

Not a fan of thin crust but it’s all they have. If they had pan style it would get a higher score. Amazing pizza.

I was not expecting this. Had to google what a “una” pizza was. It is an Evansville style with a thin fluffy cracker crust. It was good and really easy to eat a lot. Not normally a big fan of the crunch but overall I liked it.

Not the best Una pizza out there.

I got the Boss along with the margh. Margh was below the 6.9 standard, somewhere in the 5’s. Boss was much better. The crust has two layers essentially. The bottom is a crispy cracker and a pocket of air separates it from the top, naturally thin but it’s a pillow for the toppings. Sauce isn’t sweet. Breadsticks were also good. Long and thin, pretty flimsy. 8.2 that’s the review.
