Pizza Review
Skip the regular pizza and go for the Trenton or Brooklyn style square instead. They make it like a grandma slice where the pizza is thin and crispy and the cheese goes on first and the sauce is applied in spots on top to allow browning of the cheese too. Picture is of the Brooklyn style where they use fresh mozzarella and basil and olive oil. Trenton style they use regular shredded dry mozzarella and a generous amount of garlic and olive oil. Best in this area by far.
