Thoroughly blew my expectations out of the water. Haven’t had this good east coast-style pizza in the Bay Area. The crust is light and fluffy, with a good amount of crisp on the bottom. The structural integrity is beautiful, folds and holds wonderfully. The charring wasn’t the best, and is the only reason it’s not rated a 9.5+. Salting was on point, it didn’t feel like my tongue was a dying slug, crispy, delicious. Highly recommend.
