This place exceeded my expectations tremendously. It needs more love. Speaking of love I love the owner in the atmosphere of this place. Nevertheless, the pizza had a lot more cheese than sauce… it was prepared St. Louis style. I wasn’t aware of it. Ingredients were fresh. The crisp on the crust was wonderful. I recommended you get it well done. Also, I will recommend trying the dough toss pie.

Alright here it is. Ordered the white knuckles. Crust was thin and crunchy, very good. Flavors were well balanced. Could have used a little more sauce. Overall great pizza, skip the major chains and come here instead.

Alright folks, it’s time for a first for me a redo on the review. It’s got the flop, the crust is cooked very nice with good flavor, sauce is pretty much like every one else’s. And the cheese and pepperoni are very good. Over all this is much better than last time I reviewed it.

This is straight bar/football pizza. I go with the thin crust over pan. Very crispy. Zero flop. Could use more sauce but for what it is, I love it. Put this against east coast pizza and it doesn’t stand a chance but I love supporting a small local ma & pa shop so I score this in consideration of the aforementioned.
