I ordered a cheese pizza with a garlic crust. Let’s break this down…
The garlic crust is a hard pass. It’s literally just garlic powder sprinkled on the crust and baked to almost burnt granules.
The sauce isn’t sweet, it’s almost robust in flavor, no complaints here.
The cheese is decent, a little too much for my taste considering it’s not the front runner here.
The crust? Omit the garlic and it’s decent. Not floppy or greasy so it’s decent.
Overall, not a fan of this pizza but it’s mostly due to the garlic crust that needs to be avoided.
