Cheese is exceptional, but the sauce is non-existent. Crust has a good crunch.

We loved it. Not so much air in the crust like pizza Napoletana normally has but other than that, great flavour.

Super thin crust, fresh mozzarella. The sauce and cheese remind me of Neapolitan, but crust is closer to an NY crust. Overall, good pizza and exceed my expectations for Florida Pizza.

Definitely fancy pizza but not anything amazing. Sauce is a bit bland and the crust is average at best.
