Spud's Pizza Parlor

Spuds East Tacoma Right off the bat this is a dive, bad orange paint job and all. I have zero expectations cause this place is empty and the pizza is cheap. The pizza is razor thin, you could cut wood with this pizza. The crust is bland with a bitter taste to it, not enough salt in the crust. Who we kidding, there’s not enough crust, look at the picture. Ohhh, I get it, it’s a rip off of California kitchen pizza!!! Okay. I taste smoked Gouda in the cheese. The cheese is the best part but way too greasy. The sauce is non-distinctive, I can’t get enough to have an opinion on it. The crust also isn’t crispy like the CKP and soggy from the grease. 2.9
