SQ Pizza

The crust is absolutely amazing!!! Thick but filled with air !!! Light light and super crispy!!! Americana : could use a bit more sauce 7.9 Upside Down: Ideal its my go to now 8.4 8.2 overall

Wish they had a margarita slice left. Had to get an American(cheese) slice. Crust is light and has some nice crisp. As it is an artisan(Roman) style the thickness is expected. The slice could use some more sauce, but the cheese is decent. Perhaps a fresh made slice or pie would’ve have raised the score into the mid to high 6’s.

Delightfully different style (is it Detroit, or Roman?) Big, light and fluffy rectangles, with a nicely crisped undercarriage. The plain (Marg) was quite tasty, and with bit more sauce would be in the 8s. The eggplant slice was a nice and necessary bonus round.

It is really some of the best pizza in the area !! Great ingredients great staff !!! They just specialize in pizza.

Co-worker recommended this Roman style pizza place to me yesterday. Never had Roman style so I wanted to give it a shot. I gave the Margherita a 6.4. Basil had solid flavor, and the dough was light and airy even though it had a chain taste. Cheese could have used more salt and the sauce needed more seasoning. The American was really disappointing and I scored that a 2.3. The crust was the best part on both slices but the American HAD NO SAUCE ON IT WHATSOEVER!!!!!! I would go back and give them another shot. This is a total of both slices.

I like it. It’s very solid. It’s got it’s own unique flavor. Will be back

GL’s - Grandma Lite? Is that possible? Yes. Yes it is. Strip mall side of highway: 0.0. Something I’ve never experienced- like a dieters Sicilian pie. Solid sauce, right amount of cheese and surprising crisp. Definitely one of the better granny’s I’ve had. Customers will be happy when the institutional landlord/REIT doesn’t renew lease…installs and bookend Starbucks…and SQ finds a new home in town off the highway.

Sad pathetic excuse for pizza. You know sometimes u don’t get the best of pizza. If six flags and Chuck E. Cheese had a baby this what it would taste like. Stop the cap, it’s a bad actually it’s an insult to the pizza community.

Really small slice, flavorless crust, but the cheese and sauce bring it up a little.
