It’s Detroit style, but sort of not. Crispy edges, but not nearly as crispy as some of the best Detroit pies. Really light and fluffy dough that I liked a lot.
The sauce was also not what I’m used to seeing in a Detroit. It was light and tomatoey, but there wasn’t quite enough of it.
I liked the whole thing very much, but I wish it had a little more sauce and was a little crunchier.
