Excellent - more Sicilian style Great crust / dough / sauce

It’s Detroit style, but sort of not. Crispy edges, but not nearly as crispy as some of the best Detroit pies. Really light and fluffy dough that I liked a lot. The sauce was also not what I’m used to seeing in a Detroit. It was light and tomatoey, but there wasn’t quite enough of it. I liked the whole thing very much, but I wish it had a little more sauce and was a little crunchier.

I ordered a slice of the “6x6 Mini Pie Pizza”. The bread was thick and fluffy. I felt like it wasn’t enough cheese and they added Grated Parmesan. The sauce was decent. I’ll say the pizza was above average. Just a disclaimer this location unfortunately caught on fire, but they moved down the street. They are located “Freehold Studios in Wynwood” not sure if the new spot will be permanent or temporary.
