Only a crazy person puts whole strips of rendered bacon on a pizza. Squared pizza is doing something special in Greenbrae. Crunchy and delicious pies with thoughtful ingredients like pickled jalapeños from Peru that I’ve never experienced before. They’re using these special 9x9 square pans that are only gonna create better tasting pies as they continue to get seasoned. Will definitely be back.
