Wanted to try this place for a while. You need to order in advance on their website. What makes a good pizza is the crust, and it was phenomenal. A high hydration pizza dough, upside-down pizza where cheese is placed first followed by sauce and fixings. I ordered the Roni Vodka as opposed to traditional cheese and sauce only due to the expense of the pizza. This is definitely a higher end pizza with fresh ingredients but it is a bit heavy, so not sure I could eat all the time but still nonetheless excellent pizza. Wifey was not as much of a fan, she preferred bakeria 1010, which is also excellent in OC. I see you south Jersey, stepping up the pizza game!
