Not sure what the relation is of this Squigi’s vs the Higand location but they were a little different. The sauce tasted pretty much the same with a slight sweetness. Dough on this was cooked perfectly. Crunchy throughout. There was a lot of cheese and may have been needed to cook longer, or maybe just not have as much. I didn’t have the caramelization on top that I’d like. Overall, it’s a decent spot in the region and gets the job done.
